Ben Hubbard is a Senior Advisor to the Kyle House Group and the Founder of Movement Partners, an investment management and advisory company focused on emerging market supply chains.  

Ben is a former Obama Administration appointee where he served initially as Chief of Staff to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator and later as the Director of USAID’s $3 billion financing division, the Development Credit Authority (DCA).

During his tenure at USAID, Ben led widely-recognized efforts to transform USAID’s approach to private capital facilitation, leading explosive portfolio growth and turnaround strategy for DCA and serving as one of the key architects of the Administration's Power Africa and New Alliance food security initiatives.  

Ben brings a decade of Africa-focused policy and investment experience and has served in a range of roles at leading developing organizations, including ONE and the Clinton Foundation.  

Ben earned a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
