Julian Fleischman joined the Kyle House Group in May 2022 as Policy Associate. Previously, Julian worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for nearly 5 years, beginning as an intern for the House Foreign Affairs Committee Sub-committee on the Western Hemisphere.

Julian later joined the office of Representative Brian Mast (R-FL-18), where he served as a legislative assistant overseeing the Congressman’s Foreign Affairs Committee and Veterans Affairs Committee portfolios.

In March 2021, Julian joined the office of Representative Peter Meijer (R-MI–03) as a Senior Legislative Assistant, where he oversaw the Congressman’s work on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the Subcommittee on Europe, Energy, the Environment, and Cyber. In this position, Julian worked on legislative efforts to provide humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan following the United States’ withdrawal, as well as to Ukraine in the wake of the Russian invasion in 2022.

Julian attended the University of Florida, where he majored in Political Science and Telecommunications. He also received a master’s degree in security studies from Georgetown University. Julian is a native of New Jersey and grew up in Jupiter, Florida. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his French Bulldog, Benito.
