Ashley joined the Kyle House Group in October 2015 and serves as Director of Marketing and Operations. In this role, Ashley oversees the firm’s operational functions, including marketing, event management, accounting, business administration, and human resources.

Prior to joining KHG, Ashley worked at an international French bank, where she managed relationships with clients across Europe and Francophone Africa. She previously interned in the political office of former Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) and for House Republican Conference Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA). Ashley earned a B.A. in Political Science and French from Gettysburg College. She lives in Middleburg, Virginia, with her husband, Patrick, their daughter, Avery, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Kobe.
